Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
I knew I wanted more from life and something was holding me back. This took me on a wonderful and painful journey of discovery of me and who I am as a woman. This then become my life purpose: touse my experience, passion, honesty and humour to lead women to rediscover their own power, to fulfil their personal and business lives. I want to support and encourage women to find their sense of self confidence and clarity to lead joyful and fulfilling lives. As I have. My programmes encourage you to open up and unfold your freedom to be all you want to be with easy to implement strategies and techniques.
Q: How much do you love what you do?
Completely and totally. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing a woman experience her own moments of insight. Seeing her face full of joy and relief delights me each and every time.
Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?
Keep going. You have the strength and will power. Keep remembering this too will pass. You are an amazing woman.
Q: Tell us how your business inspires your customers!
My business inspires my customers as they can see the joy in my face. I’m a living example of the what I do. And I love holding women in the space. I’m open, fun and kind. I respect women’s boundaries and love getting to know them and seeing how I can help them. I do as I say and say as I do. And that is important with the type of work that I do.
Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?
Where I can help someone is when they have hit a point and are feeling lost and confused. They have lost sight of who they are through a life-changing experience. Nothing is making sense in their lives, despite looking like they have it all and all together. They want someone to gently guide them from where they are now to where they want to be – wherever that may be. Someone who understands and creates a safe space for them to open up and be vulnerable. And that is what I do. I create a safe, warm, kind and welcoming space for them to express how they are feeling without judgment. They need to feel trust and gentleness with boundaries so they can awaken to to inner selves and step out into the world again feeling confident and excited about life.
Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?
I’m always reading and learning from others. I love sharing and talking to people who have also had experiences and finding out how they have dealt with them. I either sit in women’s circle or guide them. A wonderful way to learn, share and grow.
Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?
I’m inspired to create Women’s Circles online as well as local.
