Q: How were you inspired to start your business?

I was laid off in my early 60’s and after sending out numerous (well over 75) resumes with no response, I remembered running across someone’s website who was a Virtual Assistant and was training others in the field. With my background in business and admin work, I thought this would be great, contacted her and went through her training and set up my first online business: A VA/Business Consultancy. After doing it for several years, I realized I wasn’t fond of the admin work and that women were asking me for guidance and support. The light bulb went off. I realized throughout my corporate career as a manager, I spent most of my days coaching my staff and I loved it. It’s so much fun to help others put together the jigsaw pieces of their life/business. So for the last several years I have been slowing putting together my coaching business.

Q: How much do you love what you do?

200% I love it, as I mentioned helping other put the pieces together is amazing and fun!

Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?

I know it’s hard, in fact it hurts and it sucks but when you embrace your challenges and not hide from them, they turn into beautiful gifts. So don’t run from them, look for the message with in them.

Q: Tell us how your business inspires your customers!

I change their lives.

One of my clients has Put it best .. It’s all because of you, Linda.

Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?

The common problem my clients have is overwhelm, whether it comes from too many ideas, or not sure where to start. I guide and help them sort through it all by either developing a step by step manageable action plan they can implement or writing down all their ideas and working out which ones to do first. Tiny steps instead of looking at the whole picture. I hold the whole picture for them so they
can work the tiny steps and get things down.

Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?

From my clients watching them grow and succeed, from my daughter, grandkids,
from Source, God, Universe or whatever name you put to the energy greater than us and the messages sent.

Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?

Speaking engagements, workshops, retreats whatever is necessary to touch 1 million lives.
