Q: How were you inspired to start your business?

Freedom from corporate fitness and structure. I waned to be able to do things on my terms in a way that felt good to me. I was tired of being held back from helping in a way that I knew was much more effective and worked with the whole person not just put a bandaid on them.

Q: How much do you love what you do?

I LOVE what I do so much! I am extremely passionate about it because I have seen so much transformation and the women that I have worked with have gained such a deep and personal understanding of themselves that they truly make their new way of being a lifestyle.

Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?

Keep moving forward. You are your only advocate. Take what you know and what you learn and be confident in who you are and what you choose to do. Everything will be fine.

Q: Tell us how your business inspires your clients!

They make life long changes. They no longer see their yoga practice and their workouts as something temporary, they understand that in order to continue feeling as amazing as they do, they must continue to move forward with their healthy choices.

Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?

Many of my clients come to me because they are tired of feeling stressed out, anxious and their life feels out of their control. I bring them back into the light by letting them know that they are not on this journey alone. That they will be supported even when they feel like everyone around them is not on their side. I share with them the power of yoga not only as a physical practice but as a mind practice to tap into their inner strength as we work together to soften and align them with feelings of clarity, confidence and a sense of control. They learn that surrender is a power not a weakness and by letting go and working on loving themselves they will be able to shift from feeling dark and alone to the light and feeling cared for.

Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?

I turn to my yoga mat it is like a mirror for me, where I struggle in life always shows up in how I may be struggling on my mat. I also LOVE to read books by inspirational people Gabrielle Berstein, Marianne Williamson, Jen Sincero are just a few of the books that have shifted my perspective and helped me to start evolving as a person and in my business.

Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?

I would love to have an online yoga studio. I would love to have courses and retreats available to take my passion further and share my love of yoga in a bigger way.
