Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
I had always worked in the travel industry travelling all over the world to to amazing places, outwardly everything looked great but something wasn’t quite right i began to feel deeply unhappy and unfulfilled, i was in a very stressful corporate job, i became physically ill and began suffering from an eating disorder, i was in a bad place. I decided to go for some reiki and that changed everything for me. It helped me so much that i decided to train to be a reiki practitioner and set up my own business. I quit my job, trained in a variety of other therapies including massage and reflexology and built up my practice, when i became fully booked i decided to take on other therapists and at the moment i have 3 therapists working with me. I’m now a prosperous practice coach now helping healers and therapists create a full in person profitable practice.
Q: How much do you love what you do?
I ADORE it!! I love to see my clients have amazing transformations and breakthroughs. My top value is is growth so i love to see people grow their business, serve more people with their amazing gifts and make more money! It’s so wonderful to see to see and it fills me with joy to see these amazing transformations.
Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?
I would go back and say to myself that everything is going to be ok, even though I didn’t know it at the time everything that happened to me has enabled me to do what I do now, all the things I perceive to be unpleasant or a mistake now help me to coach my clients to use better strategies and grow their business in a more sound and structured way that will help them get there much quicker than I did! Because of all the mindset work I had to do on myself I really love to dive deep with my clients so they can clear any limiting beliefs and create a success mindset. All of my very valuable experiences have been a massive learning curve and without them I wouldn’t be where I am now.
Q: Tell us how your business inspires your customers!
It inspires them to get out of their comfort zone and to learn new skills, most healers and therapists spend a lot of time and money on learning their craft but nothing on business and how to market themselves. It inspires them to look at how they market themselves in a more efficient way which enables them to get fully booked much faster. With the mindset work we do it enables them to have huge ah-ha moments about their self sabotaging behaviour or limiting beliefs so that they can move forward in leaps and bounds!
Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?
I always say to my clients that i can teach them marketing skills and strategy but eventually its their mindset that defines their success. Running a holistic or healing practice is a real journey of self discovery as there will inevitably be highs and lows. It can be a lonely life in your treatment room all by yourself all day with just your clients so i give them support, i believe in their greatness even when they don’t, i help them to manage their low points and bring them back to effectiveness much quicker than if they were on their own. I help them to understand and recognise when the self saboteur appears and how to keep moving forward rather than listening to the ego story which doesn’t want them to grow. there will be times when they have to do scary things to move them forward but I hold their hand every step of the way. I am my clients biggest cheerleader!
Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?
I work with a few amazing business coaches who are always inspiring me. I also love Wayne Dyer , Gabby Bernstein and Oprah Winfrey

I have plans to expand my holistic business and i’m currently looking for new premises, to continue to grow the coaching side of things and help even more healers and therapists shine their light brighter and serve more people with their amazing talents (whilst creating abundance for themselves) the world needs this so much right now! and eventually i will be a spiritual teacher attending speaking events with the main goal being to speak at Super soul Sunday with my inspiration Oprah Winfrey
