Q: How were you inspired to start your business?

I struggled with self esteem growing up and people didn’t realise because I was super chatty and bubbly. I have anxiety and am an introvert I’ve since discovered.

Q: How much do you love what you do?

I’m super passionate about helping children feel gorgeous from the inside out and supporting parents to bring out the best in their kids.

Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?

To trust yourself and to know that you can handle this and it will turn out the way it is meant to.

Q: Tell us how your business inspires your clients!

I write weekly blogs and newsletters. I have a YouTube Channel with fun videos for kids and support for parents >>SEE IT HERE<< I love to coach and inspire with creativity, fun and making quite deep and heavy life learnings into something children can grasp at a young age. (it will save on the therapy bills believe me!!!)

Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?

Lots of my little clients are scared of their big feelings like anxiety, anger or sadness to the point where they stuff them in all in and consequently they build up and up into big meltdowns. My Smiley Sweet Dreams Bedtime Pack teaches them how to let go and dissolve them at the end of the day. My Smiley Thought Cards also remind them that they have all they need inside of them to manage life’s curve balls. They give them reassurance, encouragement, confidence and love.

Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?

In books, I am such book worm. I also follow strong women like Danielle LaPorte, Brene Brown and Denise Duffield Thomas. They are my role models.

Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?

I am growing my YouTube Channel Smiley TV with more Smiley coaching tools to inspire and engage my little clients. I am writing a book and I also want to volunteer with old people. I think we all have an 8 year old who lives inside of us that needs to be seen and heard.
