Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
I am a planner and task master by nature. It is always been an innate quality. In my corporate career I always seems to be attracted to business that needed this type of expertise; to turn chaos and overwhelm into clear consistent business outcomes no matter who is performing the process. It only made sense to bring this experience and expertise to the entrepreneur world.
Q: How much do you love what you do?
I have a passion for structure and consistencies and love helping other find this so they can have peace of mind in their business even when they take a break.
Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?
Funny you should ask. I was fortunate enough to just finish co-authoring the second book in the series, Pay It Forward: Notes to Your Younger Self. Along with 17 other amazing women, we share the challenges we overcame to become the success women we are today. There are so many powerful stories. I can’t wait for the release in March 2019.
The advice I gave to myself was that you strong and capable of overcoming any challenge. As long as you believe this it will be true.
Q: Tell us how your business inspires your clients!
My business creates peace of mind. Allowing small business owners to overcome overwhelm and uncertainty and turn it into controlled consistent outcomes so they have more freedom to choose how they spend their time and are able to easily adapt their business to the ever changing desires of their clients.
Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?
I help my clients see through the chaos, develop clarity and control, and quickly recover and adapt to challenges they are facing in their business.
Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?
I love reading and listening to books on mindset. This is the single most powerful thing that either helps us thrive or struggle to survive. I am constantly looking for ways to sustain a growth mindset.
Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?
I currently only work with established small businesses that have been successful in creating consistent client flow and revenue by helping them create a pathway for growth and freedom.
However, I really want to help new entrepreneurs, just starting out, by helping them start their business off with all the right tools and resources so they get off the ground more quickly and begin brining income almost immediately.
