Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
A: My partner suffered an injury whilst serving in the Royal Air Force, after years of problems and unrelenting pain he had to have his lower right leg amputated. Seeing him refuse to give in or give and seeing him get fit and well inspired me to do something for myself. I started working out at home, rather than a gym, so I could still be there for my daughter and partner and when I got fantastic results I realized that I could help others that couldn’t get out to the gym or who just didn’t want to.
Q: How much do you love what you do?
A: My passion is to help other people and I do that in as many different ways that I can. I’ve shared parts of my story and what me and my family have been through with the amputation and ongoing surgeries in Mumpreneur on Fire 3, and Perfect Health Volume 1: Living life in balance, I decided to share the struggles we had been through but also the good things to come out of it in order to help others, to motivate and inspire them and to show that we can get through the tough times. Helping women through health and fitness means I can leave a legacy and also have a positive impact on the next generation.
