Q: How were you inspired to start your business?
I actually received a direct angelic message while meditating in the Sinai Desert in Egypt, when I was on retreat with a group of global changemakers. The voice said, “Now it’s time for you to help other people.” So I went home, quit my job, and started my business as a spiritual mentor – within six months, I was invited to be on national radio station, and my profile grew miraculously quickly from that point on!
Q: How much do you love what you do?
10 out of 10! I love the deep and profound meaningfulness of spiritual coaching, as well as the joy and fun of getting minimal information from the client and then giving them the maximum in terms of detailed, personalized answers to solve their toughest personal and professional problems – the possibility of helping someone feel truly loved and truly guided by the Divine Intelligence keeps me coming back to work every time!
Q: If you could go back to a point in your life when you were facing a challenge, what inspirational advice would you give yourself?
Oh, there are so many points I would go back to! I would love to tell my younger self to focus on myself instead of others’ opinions of me, to rein in my ego, to sober up, to crawl out from under shame and to see the beautiful being God created.
Q: Tell us how your business inspires your customers!
When someone feels totally lost and despairing, a well-crafted message that makes her feel recognized, known, and loved can totally turn her around, in less than an hour.
Q: Knowing you aren’t alone in something and that there is light at the end of the tunnel means a lot when you are feeling low. What is a typical problem someone you work with might be facing and how do you guide them back into the light?
I help, for example: a client who has lost her job, who is going through a divorce, who is estranged from her family, who is struggling with infertility, who is facing a health crisis, who is deeply in debt – all of these problems can be solved by figuring out the First Step to take, and making a plan going forward.
Q: As people we are always evolving and learning things on our life journey. Where do you find inspiration?
I turn to sources outside of the psychic/spiritual/self-help realm and I read a lot about business, financial independence, innovation, inventions, all the sciences, biology, economics, ecology, architecture – I find these subjects inspire me *because* they are different from what I do on an everyday basis.
Q: Businesses are always evolving too… what are you inspired to do next?
I am expanding the global reach of my business. I have always been available on phone and Skype, but now I’m joining groups in Australia, the UK, the US, Europe, and Asia, in order to meet more like-minded colleagues and clients!
